Eğik Bilyalı Rulmanlar (ACBB'ler), yatak ekseni yönünde birbirine göre yer değiştiren iç ve dış bilezik yuvarlanma yollarına sahiptir. Bu, bu rulmanların hem radyal yükleri hem de eksenel yükleri içeren birleşik yükleri karşılayacak şekilde tasarlandığı anlamına gelir.

Temel Özellikler ve Avantajlar
Yüksek Yük Kapasitesi ve Sertlik: Sabit bilyalı rulmanlara göre daha fazla yuvarlanma elemanının (bilya) dahil edilmesine olanak tanıyan tasarımları nedeniyle, aynı boyut için daha yüksek yük taşıma kapasitesine ve daha iyi sağlamlığa sahiptirler.

Kombine Yük Konaklama: Radyal yükleri ve tek yönlü eksenel yükleri aynı anda karşılayabilirler. Temas açısı boyutunun ayarlanması, radyal ve eksenel yük kapasitesi oranında değişiklik yapılmasına olanak tanır.

Yüksek Hız ve Yüksek Hassasiyete Uygun: Bu rulmanlar, özellikle takım tezgahı milleri gibi bağlamlarda, yüksek dönme hızları ve yüksek hassasiyetli konumlandırma gerektiren uygulamalar için idealdir.

Esnek Kurulum: Çift yönlü eksenel yükleri karşılamak ve daha yüksek sertlik elde etmek için ayrı ayrı (tekli) veya çiftler halinde (sırt sırta, yüz yüze veya tandem düzenlemeler gibi) monte edilebilirler. Kurulum ve ayarlama işlemi basittir.
